QMS Medical Allied Services announced on Friday that it has acquired a 51% stake in Saarathi Healthcare for ₹45 crore.
Based in Mumbai, QMS MAS is a leading distributor and marketer of a diverse range of medical products.
“The acquisition of Saarathi Healthcare is a strategic expansion of our services and aligns with our growth plans. While QMS MAS specializes in patient screening, Saarathi excels in disease management, enhancing treatment outcomes. This synergy allows us to offer a more comprehensive portfolio to our clients,” said Mahesh Makhija, CMD of QMS Medical Allied Services.
He further stated that this acquisition is expected to significantly boost the company’s revenue and profitability from the beginning of the next fiscal year.
Ranjeeta Vinil, Founder & CEO of Saarathi Healthcare, emphasized that the partnership will enable both companies to advance with combined expertise in products and services.
