Here’s how to delete your Diti account:
- Open the app and tap on Drawer icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar to open the side drawer..
- Click on ‘Delete Account’ button.
- Share with us why you’re leaving: We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to share your reasons for deleting your account. This helps us improve the app for everyone.
- Once you submit your feedback, your account deletion will be initiated. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your account and associated personal data to be permanently deleted.
Disclaimer: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your personal information associated with the account, including login data, will be removed from our app logs.
